Gasp! January is almost gone!

Indeed!

So how are you doing on those January resolutions?

Can be pretty tough to make major changes, can’t it?

I have wanted to write on this blog on a daily basis- I have written many posts- in my head! Somehow they have not gotten posted!

Maybe you’re finding the same challenge with a wellness resolution. Good intentions. Waiting for ….?

So tonight, after listening to a seminar about Blogging, I decided to simply START!

May I encourage you to simply START!

Don’t wait for the time to be perfect- it will never be.

Don’t wait for someone else to join you- make the change for yourself.

Don’t wait for February 1… or the week-end…or Monday (wait, that IS Feb. 1!!!)

Just START!

One of my business mentors, Jim Rohn, often made the comment that many disciplines can be traced back to just a half- dozen practices: i.e., for wellness, you don’t have to make dozens and dozens of changes: write down a half-dozen habits that you can commit to, pick one and get it started.

You might decide you are going to eliminate foods with obvious sugar content for one week: you know, Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Creme, anything in the break room at work.

Whatever habit you decide to start, hang in there- one day at a time- maybe one hour or even one decision at a time.  You can do it. I know you can!

If there is anything I can do for you, just let me know.

Have you made ONE slight change in the right direction for improved wellness in January? Share with us, won’t you?
